Ratman, you cannot have everything lor. Either you sign for a fixed rate islamic loan or floating rate. The loans on floating rate have enjoy low interest rate for sometimes. So pay back a bit more is ok lar

I would say low interest rates contributed to the increasing income inequality in the past 10 years.
