I believe a responsible board will prefer long term investors who buy into the company's future for the private placement. If the best they can do is people looking for a quick flip, then maybe their future isn't as rosy as what they imply in the public announcements.

xuxu otherwise how? They announced they are going to raise RM150 million through issuing new shares. At 10-11 sen per share, they need to issue 1.5 BILLION shares for PP or DOUBLE the existing share base. Even if they they issue 100 million each time they will need 15 rounds, each round they can tipu less and less people to help them goreng the price so PP investors are happy.

PP seller needs a buyer to throw at for higher price and the main collector at this weak mkt waiting to collect much lower price. probably price will comes to a sideway price at one point.

I believe they will eventually support around 12sen so that they can continue PP at 10-11 sen then goreng another round. If you want to play gamble, then go in at around 10-12 sen lor.

collector are not willing to push up for ppl to sell seeing the current mkt condition and PP are just waiting to sell. if price drop too low near their pp price they prob dont sell. so tug of war game..
