Thursday is usually results day for Petron. Good, Expected or Bad? Where's our genuis who can work out Malaysian's performance from Phillippine parent?
Repost Posted by Sslee > Aug 15, 2024 3:55 PM | Report Abuse X Petron corp q2 end 31/06/24 result out: Peso million Net income: 2,090 Attributable to: Equity holders of parent company: 2,045 Non controlling interest: 45
Since Petron corp hold 73.4% Petronm hence Petronm income = Peso 45/0.266 =169.17 million AT 30/6/24 1 RM =12.4 Peso Q2 net profit= RM169.17/12.4= RM 13.64 million
Although the Profit had dropped significantly i.e. half year from 149m to 83m and quarterly from 40m to 13m, I can't seem to clearly figure from their explanation as to why. Is it bad English or BS?
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
