Has been trading at below 20 sen for about 6 years already. Should be worth above 25 sen a share when the economy picks up. Nothing to worry, dividend yield is still better than 1 year fixed deposit rate.

L&G made 0.68 sen a share in the second quarter. Actually it only needs to turn in quarterly earnings of 0.50 sen a share or full year earnings of 2 sen a share. With such earnings, it should be able to pay a dividend of 1.25 to 1.5 sen a share. Assuming a PE of 12 to 13, it should then trade at around 25 sen a share.

At 12.5 sen a share, it is still trading at about the same level as the 2007/08 global financial crisis. No reason for it to remain at this level.

With 6% dividend for 5yrs, if share price 0.100@ 6% return. 30% in 5yrs. But stuck at 0.20 with 50% downside to 0.10 errr. But ok, if it will run up in next 2yrs.... Hihihi

Don't worry about L&G, it won't collapse. In January last year, it was only 10 sen. Those who had bought at 10 sen this time last year already have a return of 36% including the
0.6 sen final dividend.

Current price, safe bet. Upside potential is > downside. Downside risk is limited.
Even of the price fall from 0.13 to 0.12, it is still quite close to the 5% 6% dividend payout in next Oct. No harm no damage. Invest with care, do not contra.

the bottomline is on the rise and the next few years is going to be interesting
1. the former club house land conversion at the cheap price is finally going to bring good revenue and profit. first project livista is selling very well
2. Wym residence at puchong is also doing well due to strategic location
3. education biz is clocking double digit growth
