I have no worries whatsoever holding padini for almost 2 yrs
Divvy is reasonable and business is solid
Most importantly management is good

Overseas brand recognition, I'm not sure, locally they are strong.
Padini does export to many countries, middle east, SEA etc
Under the Padini brand you have SEED, Miki, Vincci etc, assuming you're not already familiar with the clothing industry

Some counters only start moving during Q release, Padini is one of them.
Which is sometimes good, because it means less "noise". QR is more truthful.
