KUALA LUMPUR (April 5): The government is looking to extend the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) until the end of this year, says Housing and Local Government Minister Datuk Zuraida Kamaruddin.

She informed that she had requested Finance Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz to allow the extension.

KUALA LUMPUR (April 5): Tan Sri Vincent Tan and his son Datuk Seri Robin Tan will step down from their roles as the executive chairman and executive deputy chairman respectively at Berjaya Corp Bhd (BCorp), according to sources.

An announcement is expected to be made today, sources told theedgemarkets.com.

The latest changes in leadership come after the appointment of former Permodalan Nasional Bhd chief executive officer (CEO) Jalil Rasheed as the group CEO of BCorp last month.

四月股市满地地雷，该如何低风险投资？
大家好！又是每周一篇的时刻，大家过得还好吧？若跟随笔者的文章，肯定有收获！上周的成功集团BJCORP 3395风头最劲，为读者带来的小财，周五26-3-2021收市0.305，买进后一路飙升，在周二30-3-2021收市0.395，CONTRA回报29.5%。也是周二，FTSE RUSSELL公布了马来西亚主权债市将会保留在WGBI名单并且撤出观察名单。换句话说，马股在债市暂时撤资的危机。 你可以看回笔者在11-12-2020的文章，文中解释4月的危机和利与弊。

过去三周，笔者文章内慢慢的解释潜在爆发调整的可能性，第一就是股市估值昂贵，大家可以看到的小资股的股灾，尤其是SAUDEE 5157，DATAPRP 8338和MACPIE 0140，这些都是从短时间上涨，然后又短时间内快速调整，许多新手散户不知当中的阴险，逢低买进结果越买越低，永不翻身，亏损累累。

第二就是接下来就是政治不稳定，刚刚结束的巫统大会，党领袖公开和首相摊牌，甚至放狠话不惜一切代价要解散国会和大选，也代表了目前国会在朝政府很可能没有多数议席，这些因素很可能会导致外资暂时观望，也可以看到许多股票卖压重重。

除此之外，外围的因素也因为地缘政治纠纷，中美对抗的贸易战，这次棉花出产地成为了中国与欧盟的战场，其实，在同样日期的两年前，欧盟也曾经对马印两国禁止棕油的出口，原因是棕油种植导致许多热带雨林被砍伐。美国也指控顶级手套 TOPGLOV 7113，迫害员工为由，禁止手套进口，导致股价大跌，这一切看卡里无相关，但是大家是否还记得，摩根投行对顶级手套做出下调目标价至3.50呢？摩根投行是来自美国，全部的矛盾和纠纷却是同一时间点发生，是不是觉得很奇怪呢？

以上的这一切会否一次过在四月一次过大爆发呢？笔者没有预测的水晶球，也不知道几时会发生，我们只能怪做好准备而已。如果是那么多负面的，我们要怎样部署这个月的投资呢？首先，笔者在前三周已经告知要逢高套利，同时也要谨慎的买卖，应该以短期为主，关注趋势强的好股，才能够避免资金被套。不过，如果有发生大调整，未必是坏事，因为有调整，就有跳楼货便宜捡，所以，本月的投资建议，应该增持现金，减持股票，等待好时机才来买进。

即使整体股市大跌，依然逆势股上涨，本周笔者用电脑选股看中了CHINWEL 5007和BJASSET 3239，CHINWEL（注意股价突破1.22）。至于BJASSET的话，有基本面也有技术面，当股价靠近45-46分的水平，可以注意是否能够突破46的阻力，一旦突破很可能会更高。BJASSET的公司最值钱的资产就是TIME SQUARE和SARAWAK大万（万字票执照）。这是笔者的个人猜测，未来也许会有潜在的企业活动。

not moving means less weak holder, a good thing, just need wait corp to fly, n asset will follow. but note that, asset will be slower to rally. if u have been following bjasset since last week, u will notice it.
