Please do not hope for Rm10 as it wont be so soon, at least take 2-5 years time. IF have time, try look how Quek do business. From Finance-industries and properties. Take a look how he act on take over SSteel, MPI and etc. You will have clue... good luck.

basically there is two ways to see a stock...based on fundamentals and based on guessing up or down...technically this share has already reach it peak and need more good news to really push it up..otherwise it'll be trading range sideways...unless EPF or big players push it up...
