Well, to be fair, when Insas reached 1.2x, Inari was RM2.90 or so

Now Inari is RM3.1x, Insas still at 1.2x

I buy merely on this...

insas is inari largest shareholder ! when inari goes up insas value goes up same as your value of inari shares you own. so dun be dumb ! insas profit from inari same as YOU. insas profiting immensely from inari. the fact that insas shares not yet gone up is because most investors are STUPID but that just gives people like us more opportunity. BUY !

INSAS: Building base for greater heights

§ INSAS skyrocketed 25% on 24 Mar 2014 to RM1.18 from RM0.94 with a total 138m shares transacted before peaking at 14-year high of RM1.36 on 3 April. Since then, it has been trading within a range of RM1.16-1.29, forming a “Rectangle” pattern. As share price managed to hold above the critical support near RM1.18, together with bullish oscillators, near term outlook remains bright for INSAS to retest the significant resistance near RM1.29. A decisive breakout above RM1.29 will spur share price higher towards RM1.36, with a long term objective of RM1.42. However, if share price is unable to hold above RM1.18, it will see next support at RM1.16. Cut loss below RM1.13.

On a side note, its major shareholder Insas (INS MK, NR)  has agreed to subscribe  for  its  entitlements  of  the  rights  shares  in  full  via  Insas Technology and Insas Plaza SB.
