With similar pricing for both Berjaya Group Value Stocks...the buy queue is very much shorter at BJLand...the rebound would also much faster and more furious?

laulau, bjland is dead price....you know how much bjcorp donate to Bjland without penny back, even TSVT sold expensive to bjcorp if considered market price but not in value count. Both adhesive each others.

BJCorp needs to release some good news for price to move up, a highly profitable divestment would be great, or the Vietnam government agrees to allow BJCorp publishing the details of Vietnam Toto venture (must be dreaming, sigh!)

Maybe...however one must consider that Berjaya Group always provides for reversible provisions on impairments in their annual accounts...that's why there are so many restatements (due to Quarterly unaudited creative accounting)?... also the 52 weeks high and low share price from 2013 to 2017 should tell us something...considering that 2017 was a profitable year?

correct! i think the impairment on China Great Mall non payment is grossly overstated.

There should be a provision in S&P stating interest penalty for late overdue payment.

All Banks and Finance Companies charge for late payment. Govt even charge interest penalty on late payment for quit rent and assessments.

Since SkyOcean is listed in Hong Kong the recourse to claims by law is very possible.
if no payment Bj Corp can file writ of seizure and resell the property to others... deducting all legal costs with interest and recover all in full. So the impairment is highly reversible.

SO ANY PERCEIVED WEAKNESS IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO BUY MORE LAGGARD BJ CORP SHARES!

Beer and alcohol price is top of Asian nations. Quality of workers is declined ! Mak Saleh is afraid of tudong ! Petrol prices and GST impact. No hope for fast food outlets. Pls find out the type of china tourist coming to Malaysia. I think you can find out is 90 % ladies and only 10 % males. pls go to Berjaya waterfront and find out yourself and see what they are doing there ! Of course VT is more interested in 7-11. Johor King is there mah! buy at 0.33-0.35 and wait for the the bad debt to return - that is my advice. Clear ALL after you break even or make. Still a lousy counter if they dont dispose their kachang-puteh outlets and retail business !

The delayed in sales proceeds collection is temp impaired and the likely scenario, is the balance sales proceeds will be collected, if not bjcorp can take back the mall from the buyer loh....!!

Don let conservative accounting policy fool u mah, if u look at the balance sheet u notice it has improve alot loh...!!

Thats why it the best time to buy bjc loh...!!
