xxxx , hihihi, Same as you, now I am only holding my Suma-WB which are free from the last Right issues.... I have disposed all other Suma shares above 0.3000 months ago.......

I may trade Suma from now on purely basing on News and Qtrly Financial reports,.... and nothing more.... I treat Suma as a Goreng ctr..

Suma will be Goreng once more time above 0.70000,before lifting the PN17 near Oct/Nov 2014. so just wait for the moment to hantam ..... hihihiii

(a) 公司在Iskandar的重点产业发展计划，地点位于Danga Bay和Tampoi之间。最近Phase 2刚刚卖完。
(b) 此项产业发展计划完全没有新闻报导。
(c) 此项产业发展计划早在2011年已经开始，参考Balance Sheet附图和Notes 15附图。
(d) 唯一问题是GDV未知。只知道这块地段的价值接近200 million。
(e) 由此推断，此股今年净利有99%机会连翻几倍。

2. Chairman DATO’ KAMARUZZAMAN BIN ABU KASSIM，和Johor Sultan关系密切，除了是DBHD的主席，同时也是Johor Corp的CEO，也是KULIM和KPJ的Chairman。

3. 得到市场关注
(a) 过去几年差劲的财务表现让许多人认为这家公司根本不需要看，因此几乎没有成交量。
(b) 前几天的爆涨 + UMA让这只股获得了关注。
(c) 吸取CVIEW的失败经验（业绩大突破股价却不破），个人看法是“市场不喜欢CVIEW”。因此相信DBHD会获得市场的喜爱。当然需要时间证明。

Shares in Damansara Realty Bhd extended a five-day rout, dropping at its fastest pace yesterday as it tumbled 28 sen, or 21%, lower to RM1.32 with trading volume swelling to 12.2 million shares.

The stock had fallen 32% from RM1.93 on April 23 – its highest level in more than a decade.

The company recently saw businessman Datuk Daing A Malek Daing A Rahaman emerging as a controlling shareholder after he acquired a 51% block in the company from Johor Corp at 50 sen a piece.

The selldown could have come from minorities shareholders in Damansara Realty who are unlikely to wait for A Malek to make a mandatory general offer (MGO) at 50 sen per share given the prevailing market price of the stock.
