It's EC's call now on Project 4A
THE ball has been thrown back into the Energy Commission’s (EC) court on the status of Project 4A. Right from the start, the project has drawn flak due to the EC’s decision to go about it on a direct negotiation basis. In addition, key players have failed to come up with a firm commitment to undertake the job. In the latest development, YTL Power International Bhd has pulled out from the project, throwing it into limbo.
