CCS, not directly, because budget only covers on improving the airports in Malaysia to be more efficient. However, dont limit yourself to Budget2014 only, but their financial quarterly report. The last report shows some improvement from negative towards zero ....it is expected to turn black and profitable on the coming quarterly....

Not for contra and short term ..but for Mid and Longterm investors.

Result for next quarter will be disclosed by end November. Suppose to improve if not the share price will collapse overnight.

The biggest loser for Mas is Maswing which is this "wing" cover the rural area in sabah and sarawak... PM take a good care for MAS by allocate RM130m to cover the "charity" flight...=)

with that year on year loss, this counter only worth 15cent or less bid value, budget 2014 merely prioritize on Airport services development, it doesn't help MAS to be a profitable company, unless major shareholder kick in with best hand talents on management board and creative business model, some correction prices may expected in short term or riding on Texas road journey, black day still looming in such a 3billion loss making co. since 2010

MAS problems was due to revenue was stagnant quarter to quarter but cost of goods sold, increasing steadily. More revenue this quarter, then MAS will be in profit.

more revenue doesn't guarantee higher profit. yet, the air tickets are so cheap + alot of cost on advertising, as far as i concerned, it will become even worse, but just my private view la...

it is depend on your investment strategy. Buy If you think is good time and the company is improving. Sell if you think is bad time and the company does not worth that much. Silent if you are not buying/selling.
