for private company, you can declare bankrupt any time you like, but for listed company especially GLC, not really that easy. You need to follow a string of procedures, but sure very unpleasant :(

納吉否認破產論‧馬航谷底反彈
2014-05-20 17:48 （吉隆坡20日訊）隨著政府澄清首相納吉並未曾說要讓馬航破產，馬航（MAS,3786,主板貿服組）今日股價從谷底反彈。


馬航今日回升至17仙，共上漲1.5仙或9.68%。

該股全日在16至17仙之間波動，成交量繼居全場之冠，全日共有2億1千702萬2千200股易手。

政府發言人是在昨日發文告澄清，納吉接受《華爾街日報》專訪時不曾發表過讓馬航破產是其中一個選項的談話。

國庫控股持有馬航近70%股權。（星洲日報／財經）

Good luck guys.Wonder there's really a lot of fundamentally strong counters outside there with reasonable valuation but people are still hunting this kind of shit that's surely due to quick rich mentality. Believe me ignore tecnical analysis and focus to invest at strong fundamental stocks.

If you do not know how to do fundamental valuation just buy dividend counters like zhulian and matrix and receive the divvy every quarters. If you want growth stocks just buy hovid, ock, dsonic, presbhd at any given price and stay foot. Close your laptops and continue your daily life as a normal person and you'll see at the end your endless profits as reward to your patience are much higher than those chart buggers.

From year high of 41cts to current price of 16.5 cts people still thinking it is not a failure. I flew with mas from penang to klia and there's only around 5 passengers including me. How they can sustain the business without support from customers. On the other hand, please fly from penang to klia2 with airasia, can you see the difference?

Is it true liability is 11 billion ringgit? Market capitalization right now is only 2.8 billion ringgit.
