Put it this way:

Mui Bhd owns 70% of Mui Prop

And Mui Prop owns 1,000 acres of prime freehold lands in Bandar Springhill

1 acre = 43,560 sf

If 1 sf ft land. = Rm20

How much is the 1,000 acre lands worth?

If Rm25 psf?

If Rm30 psf?

What if its value go up to Rm50 psf?

calvin really got the points, but not for personally hatred, everytime calvin talks, the share will definitely go up, u may sell for fast profit, cos it will come down for some reason, and I don't know what the reasons behind. mui calvin pushed so much not long ago around 24-28sen, came down to 18sen. dutaland calvin pushed around 47-51sen recently, came down to 46sen. u can still profit if u follow him, but u gotta know when to sell buy seeing his signal 'whenever he talks'.

You are correct 50%!

When Calvin promoted MFCB it shot up but came down again. But now up 100%

So was Prestar. It went up and then weakened. Finally jumped more than 100%

And Jaks?

Jaks even dropped after Calvin called for buy at 40 sen. Then Jaks jumped up more than 200%

Wangzng also went up when I posted. Then crashed. Now Hong Kong Fund taking Wangzng private.

Same goes for Masteel, Insas, RceCap, and many others.

So when Calvin promotes day traders & punters also join in. But not for long. Only Long Term Investors will see Out Sized Gains longer term.

For Mui Bhd if you calculate all its ASSETS BY ITS SUM TOTAL NET NET Minus all liabilities & debts it should be worth at least Rm1.50 Net Net.

However, Calvin thinks if Mui Bhd go into fire sale (more than force sale value) it should be discounted by 70%.

So Rm1.50 x .3 = 45 SEN.

So to Calvin Mui Bhd is grossly undervalue

Dear Chinaman, I have a chinese uncle who had hold MUI at 0.28 senfor five years. And do check market buzz. Major shareholders sold 15 million shares. Even the founder and owner sold 5 million shares. Normally, I dont buy shares if owners are selling. Chinaman, it is your own money. If you make loss, also your own money. I should not care . At least, try to understand my comment.

MUI assets per share is 24 sen. In 2007, MUI asset per share is 42 sen. It means, because of continuously making losses, MUI asset per share has dropped 18 sen.

Since MUI still continuously making losses every single quarter, and looking into the loss making trend, it 10 years from now net asset per share will be 4 sen.

Normally, company under distressedand near bankruptcy , they will get their asset squeezed. If they want to sell, others waiting to buy by 50% cheaper. MUI has accumulative losses.

So, at 4 sen net asset per share in 10 years time, you will not make any money in this counter. In fact, in 10 years time, you will make 80% losses in your investment, and have to sell your shares at 4 sen per unit.

Hi Bing , God does not decides on the share price. People does. If Khoo Kay Peng keep on selling ( even because he want to pay small matters lawyer fee), then he is the one that caused the share price to drop. My principle , dont buy when major shareholders are seling.
