read annual report. don't buy blindly. they are delisting all the non core asset and raise cash flow and reduce debt. obviously they are doing some restructuring. but of course not overnight restructuring. it's not some company that can invest and hold long. but instead follow their resturing exercises. this tan Sri is a ex banker and knowledgeable. he can restructuring it easily. just because of the divorce. now divorce is done deal. he has to do some cleaning.

it's hard to see if it's a trap. that's why please read the annual report before buying. understand what they are doing. how they restructure. how they plan to pair down their debts and increase cash flow. with the unserstanding., even if u trap, uthere is a value in it.
