They talk about his properties , "undervalued" - can you touch his properties ?? The answer is no. When he sells the property, he gets the money , not you and not me.

When he sells his properties , he has less assets to make money. His revenue will go down. His profit will go down or his losses will go up. If he sells his properties, he does not grow. Most foreigner buys into growing company. If it is degrading, better run , better late than never.

Calvin bought Mui Bhd when cheap at 18 sen.

Now just lock it up!!

Wait patiently for Asset Sale to settle divorce proceeding.

By then Mui Bhd should be up 100% to 36 sen

So just buy and hold tight. Don't go in and out trading.

This one better than FD longer term.

Now Calvin go study other potential stocks.
