I called them up that Mui Bhd had already sold it to others some time back.
Recently, Lienhoe sold a piece of land in Bandar Sri Alam, Johor
The price sold was 10x book value.
At that news Lienhoe share price Jumped Up!!
If Mui Bhd should just sell one or two assets i expect Mui Bhd shares to jimp back over 20 sen anytime and won't trade like such depressed prices of 16 sen to 17 sen like now

SO MUI BHD IS SITTING ON GOLDMINES WHOSE ASSETS NEED TO BE UNLOCKED.

I know some Mui Bhd shareholders own 2 to 3 milllions Mui Bhd shares. So it is hard to tell.
Can anybody tell me why BJCorp reduce his land value instead of increase them. His 13K acres in Bukit Tinggi, Bentong's net book value from 2008 to 2014 was over $800 M, however in 2015 AR the net book value for the land was only $286 M. 26/08/2017 14:50

L&G got lands in Kerling which is also very undervalue. Geely entering Tg Malim will unlock its value. Which will go up first? Mui Bhd has impending divorce settlement. Might trigger asset sale first. So i see this one got to show some activity soon

Just 5-10 minutes walk. Corus hotel is DIRECTLY opposite facing KLCC and the upcoming Four Seasons hotel.
