At least it stable at RM 0.135, which is the fair price accepted by both parties. Note that the price is even higher than the Pre ECRL announcement which was priced at RM 012 few month ago.

公平价应该是1 ringgit 才对

ASIAp的成绩
EPS 是 4 比MKH ， ECOWORLD Ekovest、MRCB YTL 和其他地产公司好几倍
股价只有0.125

在外国怎么好的一家股价一飞冲天，Alibaba, facebook , apple ,
真心希望大股东可以用1 ringgit 来买回所有市场的票
我在17sen 买进
当时很多大师重量级的人物一直buy call at 17sen

Asiapac ;s Boss is a very clever also
For Asiapac Nta value is super number 1 and eps and earning power is a Net profit Master
still more eps than LG and TItijaya but the asiapac Boss seem act like nothing and refuse to give any penny dividend
actually I also dun like those boss when Net profit Nta super good eps good but the Boss buat tak tau and tipu tipu think we dun care the dividend
example bjc also net profit no dividend ,
but now 12sen cut loss I loss 10 thousands so I better keep quiet ., later you loss money becuse I said something wrong ,Sorry Asiapc

Calvin still holding both Asiapac & Dutaland shares

For Asiapac the catalyst will be

1) VMY 2020 to boost IMAGO MALL

2) HSR passing through Asiapac lands

For Dutaland just follow Duta Yap buying. Most probably another 5 sen dividend coming
