Total short Covering 680,700 @ 13.66 shares at 4:50PM
It is obvious yesterday someone sold at 13.68 and started to push down Today. But some "
Gameshop operator suddenly buy 13.66 last moment. This caused a massive buyback at
13.66 ( 680K = RM9.30mil )....Today is Friday, nobody wants to leave 9mil for 2 rest days and
hope next Monday a better Day....just panic i think

I am 99% sure Malaysia Gov will jump-in to support HNB trend( "healthy New Trend") bcos what-
ever Taxes ( 2--4 Bil ) from Cigs are actually plow-back to subsidise Lung Cancer patients every
year.
Traditional Cig are Taxed 40--45% and increasing every-year, but Gov might subsidised HNB
equipment to promote fast switching from normal smoking. Long story make short, Tobacco
usage will jump back to 1980--1990 period And who controls majority selling Outlets----BAT,
more than 50,000 Cigs Selling Outlets

nepo, u ar right enforcemt is weak or hopeless but i never hope for enforcement from police or custom. just the policy change which announced in last budget is enough to push the result up. the restriction of transhipmt, removal of duty free and legalise vape will bring positive change, this is enough for turn around in 1st round. bat mngmt already hinted Jan result was positive and set the tone for the rest of year. no police enforcemt require if govnmt want to hit the black market, 2nd round can be just reduce tax or pass a law of heavy penalty for smuggler. just wait till May QR to confirm.

you all think Black Market is FREE. Far, far from what you think---It is Not cheap. For example,
a few years back if i ran a Traffic Light and get caught----can settle with 5 or 10. But now aday
they want 50 bcos going to court means 300--1000 fine

When MoF put all Cig transhipments into one port, all Gov got to do is to elect a Pas Politician
in-charge and all 5000 operators just Freezed. Bcos "He" can see you!!!

Pang 72 what logic or approach u used. As I know, last 3 quarter revenue and profit continuing
increase. Profit margin also increase. As a prove, dividend per share declare quarter by quarter in year 2020 continuing increase.
