finance researchers should carry out research on using money of public listed companies to buy or support related companies or parties' shares are destroying shareholders' value. then, propose rules to prevent it like compliance criterias must be met before a listed company can buyback it's own shares.

VT was quoted earlier..
"We are looking for an infrastructure project such RM1.2 Billion Tioman airport and will propose to the government. We want to finance the project ourselves with loans from banks. We won’t burden the government. Saying that the project will be financed from Berjaya Group's internal funds and borrowings."
