bjland if not privatized also good, spin off hotels and property development via IPO and distribute shares back to shareholders. return 7-11, bjassets etc shares back to shareholders like umw or sell off ... bjland changes name to bjgaming bhd, only keeps the 40% of bjtoto and other gaming biz in the Philippines, sell off or distribute non-gaming shares to shareholders

bjland misused the dividend from bjtoto to buy related companies shares e.g.7-11, bjassets, etc simply invest in so many biz under bjland ... wrong move takda focus... once rectified all these questionable biz decisions in the past and start to focus and rewarding shareholders eg dividend, etc the price can even exceed rm1... look at fgv , fell to 60sen , now almost doubled to rm1.1 after decided to focus and sell off noncore biz/assets.

VT needs another 13.78% or 98.85% of BJLand shares before can call Misai S/B...

Buy with confidence at current price...with 84.684% after VT giving notice, according to Bursa takeover rules...VT needs another 90% of the balance of free floating shares (15.316%) before can forced acquisition...btw the biggest shareholder is BJCorp :)
