i think the probability of getting the project would be more than 70%
as SAUDI now depends lots on china construction

Many people just like to bargain a few cents when buying a good bright future stock , unfortunately this leading them to miss out a 10 fold gain stock when the stock starts jump , and they will chase high ! Just dont understand their mindset !
