Media Prima also own the 2 leading Malay Newspapers

1) METRO
2) BERITA HARIAN

There are no visible competition here from Star.

So there is a moat.

I think Media should be a dividend cash cow for Skim Amanah Saham Bumi. If ASB needs to give 8% to 9% yearly dividend to few million bumis Media should be our ATM.

However, if Media unlocks Value like HtPadu last time dividend might shoot up to 20% a year.

I think there will be a surprise on the upside.

Alternately Media Prima is also a candidate for privatisation. Anything above Rm2.00 should be fair value like TMakmur.

See people are chasing airasia, aax, hibiscus, gadang, comcorp and others without fundamental.

Net cash 12 sen so maintain 9 sen dividend should not be a problem. If can dispose properties expect net cash to increase along with profit.
