pos office useless ler... now e-commerce ppl want to send parcel they don't have form.... If you go post parcel, some pos office reject parcel less than 2 kg, saying their definition for parcle is 2kg and above... totally absurd, don't even know what is up to 2kg means...

The problem is working and management culture in GLCs and civil service are beyond redemption.
Serious attitude and entitlement problem. The government is forcing people to use these services via monopoly. It is expensive!
