I think it is Good for Politics but Malaysia financial position is in terrible situation......if you are in properties and Construction, you know Gov cannot pay....not even till June 2022. Most of jaks local projects will Eat dust....however Vietnam cash flow will Cut damages but it is still very, very Ugly

4) Golden triagle property in PJ, this property is situated at PJ fast pace develpment centre.
