The turnaround to Profitability was mainly from the share of profit in the Vietnam joint venture which amounted to RM 140.7 million in FYE2021 as compared to RM3.8 million in the previous year .

The increase in Profitability arose from the Higher share of Profit from the Vietnam joint venture that rose by 11 % to RM 156.2 million.

Gathered from the way it goes, nobody seems to want to buy or average it anymore even though it is too good to be true at 0.19. Investors seem to have lost faith in this counter. It is expected to be in hibernation for a long long time, longer than you and me could imagine ....

Jaks has been trying hard to stimulate the share price by signing MOU here and there but of no avail, investors are not moved. Why ? can some one elaborate ? another wolf story is on the agenda??

Basic accounting:
Profit is after depreciation and interest paymemt.

Operation cashflow is then = profit + depreciation + interest payment

Financial cash out flow = bank installments payment = principal payment + floating rate interest payment (0n principal sum balance)

Cash available for dividend is the operation cash flow minus financial cash outflow.

Operating profit includes depreciation and amortization, but excludes interest and taxes.

Cash flow from operations ( operating cashflow) excludes depreciation and amortization because they are non-cash expenses, and it includes interest and taxes because they are cash expenses.

Enormous PP has been raised by Jaks in the past but whether the PP raised has been fully allocated to good use remains doubtful and fishy . For this reason, investors are said to be sceptical of the application of PP funds. If the funds are not ploughed back and or applied effectively and efficiently to generate more earnings, the funds would be exhausted in the end as a result of which more and more PP is expected risking the company on the verge of triggering PN 17.

From the past records, the revenues have been seriously declining from one year to another and so have been the earnings which could be the harbinger of downfall to come.

It is believed that all the PP raised has been channelled to the Vietnam where the projects are focused. However,there is no transparency for the application of funds overseas. This is tantamount to Serba Dynamic ( SD ) where all funds raised be it through PP ,RI , external borrowings etc have been purportedly channelled to " projects" to be undertaken overseas but ended up with mostly " fake projects " as a result of which all the Investors of SD have been swindled , suffering from huge losses in the end. Meanwhile , SD is confirmed to be doomed with no chance of reverting to main board , not in a million years.

The funds are subject to be abused where there is no transparency for the application of funds for the oversea projects. More PP is expected to be issued by the Company. The more they issue, the more pernicious they are .
