Foreign partners of Coal powered plant in Vietnam has started to leave.

USA, KOREA and CHINA has started the ball rolling...

All points to VN phasing out coal plant. Its too costly to convert coal to cleaner fuel plant.

Can Mikecyc explain:
1) Why you insist JAKS should take up extra 10% in VN plant
2) If CPECC leaves, what happens to JAKS?

Dont forget.. JAKS cannot even get funding and rely on CPECC to get money to start the project.
