If you want to buy jaks then buy after Q4 end 31/12/2023 result is out.
Q4 result is critical as it will tell you how much impairment losses on goodwill and receivables, any dividend from JHDP and whether jaks take up the addition 10% equity of JHDP, for how much and loans from which bank at what interest rate.

Shares of all the companies operating in properties and utility are on the uptrend except JAKS .Despite of two cash cows as claimed by some one here ( liabilities rather ) , the company is believed to be bleeding fast and furious with no steady growth and is destined to be doomed. Hence its share price is expected to be stagnant if not pathetically lower than 20c in months to come.....

Power purchase agreement (PPA)
* EVN shall purchase dependable capacity and the net energy output from JHDP.
* JHDP shall finance, design, build, operate and maintain the power plant.
* PPA shall have a duration of 25 years from the COD.
* No sales to third parties other than EVN.
* Non-recourse obligation precludes EVN from further right or claim against or recourse to the investors other than the assets of the BOT company (Vinh PPA)
* Liquidated damages payable by BOT company for outages beyond allowable limit at 105% of capacity payment (Vinh PPA)
* Liquidated damages payable by BOT company for Output at delivery point either less than 97% or more than 103% of output required under dispatch instruction at 5% of capacity payment (Vinh PPA)

Everyone know all these old news about Jaks and now keep a watchful eye on Q4 end 31/12/23 result on the latest news of impairment losses, addition 10% JHDP, any dividend from JHDP, whether LLS4 another lose quarter and any PP or RI in year 2024.
