Just stareted to buy some at 0.18,
Queued whole morning at 0.175 still not done.
Prepared to buy another block at 0.165/0.16

If hit 0.15/0.155 Will buy triple.
Hopefully can get within 2 weeks.
But they dare not to press down.

If any day hit 0.28/0.32, the returns around 100 %

If any day hit 0.45 - 0.48, the return is 200 %

Just Prepare to hold 1 - 2 years, or target price hit whichever come first

To buy a house at 1.6 Million, it is unlikely can make a return of 100 % within 1 or 2 years,
not to mention the Lawyer fees and stamp duty incurred, and also RGPT of 30 % on gains on disposal of property Sold within 2 years.

I had seen before.
1 rich guy bought a bungalow and wanted to hold for investment.

He got an offer for more than 100% gain coz the other rich guy got robbed at his old bungalow different Taman and can no longer sleep there again. 😁 poor thing !

There are many other counters With limited down side but high possibility to give a Good returns of at least 30 - 50%, 30 - 100% returns May be just few months or 1 to 2 years When market is hot
Like Magnum, Muhibah, ANNJOO, Mrcb, Gadang, Puncak, GBGAQRS etc

Just a matter of buy and hold and Wait for your targeted returns

Anyone know why no more news regarding another 10% stake of Vietnam powerplant, seem going to expire for subscription another 10%. Why don't jaks just disposal all his property and use the fund reduce debts and subscript additional 10% of Vietnam powerplant. Just focus on powerplant ,RE and construction. Thanks

Rights issue is for all existing shareholders according to their sharesholdings
Whereas Private placement is issued to a selective group of people, normally at a discount on 5 days average market price.
Many existing shareholders are wiling to take up rights issues at the price same as PP, but they are not given the choice

If jaks market price is Hovering around 30 sens or 40 sens, Bursa is very unlikely to approve the PP at 0.18, So its price has to be pressed down in Order for the Planned PP to go through
