kts, very sure......u came in late in the forum....it was disclosed last mth in this forum.....pending approval.weighted ave for 5 ays trading price (thats when they pushed up their share to 57 cts)

As shown in the Bursa filing, the bulk of the rights proceeds will be used as working capital. The rights are targeted to be listed by 1st quarter 2015. In between, this counter can be goreng up and down...

RI to raise funds for working capital? 4u2c raised an important point on the need to revamp operations. The current business model is not sustainable, hence interested subscribers to the RI could consider raising this question at the EGM for the RI.
