TM must downsize, reduce price of Internet services, invest in Li-fi technology (LiFi is 100 times faster than WiFi.), improve customer service ((don't act like the customer owe you) employ workaholics instead of laidbacks who are there for the salary. Don't rob the people to feed lazy imbeciles

not that easy to reduce workforce. TM has strong workers union. Present workers mostly are old drawing top salaries, all the reason for them not to leave the company. But there is perhaps one thing good now that the company is no more piggy bank for politicians.

@XXXvalue Strong union can do what when employer got no profit? Previously, gomen bailout with the help of politicians, now how to bail? TM almost a monopoly in this industry, yet not very efficient or creative. Rakyat are milked dry for shoddy product and services and shady agreement.

lailaiaa... all these stupidos who want TM to collapse know nothing... they dont know almost all telcos are leeching TM infra... if TM collapse means all ISPs collapse except TIME.. even TNB cant match unless if TNB is willing to spend nearly 100bil for the infra alone... not inclusive the maintenance yet
