I just came back from Dfong cafe, ativo plaza. The food and environment not bad, and very happening in that area, it will contribute alot of recurring income to TA since many shops have opened in the ground floor.

TA should make much more money this year. Its dividend is expected to increase too. What's more, starting this year, all declared dividend is not subject to tax any more.

So TA is probably moving up in anticipation of good Q4 financial result. Earnings for the whole year should be around 9 sen per share. A PE of 12 would mean that TA is worth 108 sen a share.

（吉隆坡9日訊）達企業（TA，4898，主要板金融）主要股東拿督程鐵建近年不斷增持公司股權，目前持股逼近33%，分析員認為，股東不斷買進公司股權，最終或提出私有化。

　財經週刊《Focus Malaysia》指出，程鐵建過去幾年不斷從公開市場買進公司股權，去年1月至今已買進3230萬股，相當于達企業2%股權，每股交易價介于49.5仙至83.5仙。

　知情人士透露：“目前，程鐵建持有的股權達到了30.34%，逼近33%，隨時觸及強制收購機制。”
