Quarter and Financial Year-To-Date For the three months ended 31 August 2015, the Nylex Group posted lower revenue of RM322.8 million, which represents a decrease of 10.0% from RM358.8 million recorded in the same period last financial year. The reduction in revenue was due to lower contribution from both the Industrial Chemical Division and Polymer Division. As a result of lower revenue generated, the Group recorded lower profit before tax (“PBT”) of RM3.2 million, compared to RM4.6 million recorded in the corresponding period last financial year. The Polymer Division recorded lower revenue of RM27.4 million for the current financial quarter, which represents a decrease of 7.1% from RM29.5 million in the corresponding quarter in Q1 FY 2015 due to lower contribution by its films and coated fabrics segment and also the manufacturing plant in Surabaya, Indonesia as a result of weakening consumer demand. Consequently, the Division registered lower PBT of RM2.4 million compared with RM2.6 million achieved in the same period last year. The Industrial Chemical Division’s revenue decreased by 10.3% from RM329.3 million recorded in the same period last year to RM295.4 million for the quarter, as a result of generally lower product selling prices following the steep decline in crude oil prices. Hi guys,

Dynaquest is managing over half billion ringgit for institutions. Once they start accumulating Nylex you won't see Nylex below 65 cents any more. While it's still just grab a little. Say 5,000 shares for less than Rm3,500.

Then see how Nylex perform. Those very sure better load up.

Nylex has been around for 20 years. Its profits accumulated as Real assets over the years. Its NTA has swelled to a high of Rm1.65.

Its gearing is still manageable as it expands to capture market share.

Now that ringgit has crashed against the yuan Nylex will even be more competitive going forward. And with TPP soon Nylex shall excel further.

With Iran cheap oil pouring into bloated world oil glut. Price will continue downward. Nylex will perform better.

Yes, Nylex is a deeply overlooked, undervalue laggard.

Company share buy back up to 66 cents. Anything below 66 cents should be a bargain.

Try to buy on dips.

Not only company share buy back, can you see there is insider trading this year?

1.high PE ration, yet the price still low
2.dividend payout ratio of 50%
3.financial health is still considered healthy

Yes, by all yardsticks NYLEX IS A GREAT BUY!

I saw 12 million shares transacted in and out fashion. I still don't understand this mysterious transaction among Insiders.

And after quite a long while of conservative nibbling Company bought back 5,000 shares from 60.5 cents to a high of 66 cents. I think Insiders is up to "something" which is not clear as yet.

In any case I am happy that Dynaquest is on board. Sure they would have made thorough investigation before investing.

And for that I am happy.
