Below 4.50...was/am thinking about buying. Especially when @hng33 is. But those comments about EPF are making me hesitant. I think I'll wait and see tomorrow.
Usuallah. They have too many shares. Check Media as well. They had sold at even 1.20 a few months ago. I think EPF is desperate for cash to buy right issues of MBSB. No choice for them as a biggest major shareholders, I guess.
EPF is selling plenty of it's shares. What happen to the investments. I'm sure it is at a loss with such prices now. Hope our economy is sold as what our Ministers are saying.
Blacksails, I already hold Taann for 11years. The price I bought was around 3.30. As calculation example: i bought 100unit initially, until today I have 230unit plus every year got dividend. So there is about 8.5% growth yearly (this is only for unit share growing). So you think Taann is good or not?
Can only guess how it will go. But lower 4.30 looks like the support level after 4.42 didn't hold. Certainly not a sucker's price based on the historical price. Will depend on how persistent the seller (EPF?) is in giving away. Might be worth taking a risk, but with a stop loss placed.
EPF's policy is weird, i've seen many times, they will reduce their % in companies with good growth and yield and shift to companies that are really doing badly.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
