No doubt the profit would be good but donno how good as some one has pointed out Taan all 3 categories production are on the decline this is a bit worry
Yea the coming QTR report will be good like all other plantation stocks but it is the future that is more of a concern you can see some big cap are taking profit d
Taann has the best of 2 worlds: CPO is so robust, timber / plywood price is very high too! Forecast earnings will exceed $1 per share should CPO and timber price hold steady for 2-3 qtrs .
Sarawak Plantation current qtr EPS = 11.66 sen preceding qtr EPS = 10.53 sen actually increased by 1.13 sen only. Tats why I say going forward donno how fantastic can plantations be with increased costs and lower production. Anyway it is still a single digit PE. Now lets see Taan results lor

HL today assigned prospective PE of FY2022 of 10 to midsize plantation. On this basis Ta Ann TP is a lot higher than $6. Patience is the key while more IBs are admitting their failure and start making buy calls for plantation.
Most Anal-Lists have been left behind in this early bull run on plantation stocks, trying to justify their negligence. In fact, they are overpaid and ineffective, focusing their attention on highly overstretched Tech stocks you will take a lifetime to earn back your capital outlay. So, do some homework and buy the stocks that give you good value and possess strong appreciating underlying assets and currently generating extraordinary cash flow, cheers.
