div % is based on 0.25 par value. at recent prices, div yield is only about 3-4%.

If we hold the shares till IOI offers at much higher price, like in acquisition cases of PMI, HLCap, etc., is it workable? Can anyone advise?

Based on NTA of 0.85 sen, IOI is already offering 1.4 times of the NTA of UNico. So don't hope for higher GO price. You guy should sold when it touches 1.50.....1.40.....1.30 level that week.

So that prices is history...........................no choice now as you need to accept the GO.
