Yes. Agreed that the net debt is high.
Net debt for Annjoo is 862 million.
Most of steel stocks have high debt except Choobee and Melewar.
Of course the best scenario is low net debt.

Please advise what is interest coverage ?
Interest coverage is 8.4 which is ok.
Interest cost is 11.1 million which is ok too.

Hihihi...check out ays debt at 21Q1 and compare with 22Q1..big different..from big liabilities to manageable liabilities..As now bursa trend are joker which company can do RI,PP,ESOS,SIS and etc.if ays join this joker trend than AYS can out from liabilities..As AYS not clown & dont like joke & joker, until now no announcement about dilute share..so hold la for big win.

Previously even lock down also can show outstanding quarter result. Coming no more lock down after mass vaccination, steel companies quarter result will be even better and better, that time you will see all steel stocks breakout and up very fast. Steel companies prospect very good. Buy an hold.

KYY recommendation at 62 sen could be too late

For your info - Big speculators first collected at 20 sen and subsequently accumulated at 38 sen

At 62 sen, they are sitting with paper profit more than 60%. Even when they sell down to 38 sen, they still in the positive side

Buying at 62 sen is a piece of cake, but getting out of your position with a good profit may be tough. Most likely greedy retailers could end up holding their losses and become a `reluctant long term investor' :C

AYS is an interesting company. Most listed steel companies are manufacturing, and their trading business is not making much profit. AYS’s main business is trading (97%) and it is making really good profit.

AYS is keeping 1 quarter of inventory, and as long as steel price is increasing or maintained at high level, AYS will continue to make good profit.

Quarter ended 31/03/2021, trading revenue is RM209.2M, net profit is RM16.6M, margin 7.93%.

Quarter ended 30/06/2021, trading revenue is RM254M, net profit is RM37.3M, margin 14.69%.

If AYS annual revenue reach RM1Billion and net profit margin 10%, then net profit will be RM100M.

Total shares are 380,417,656, EPS will be RM0.26.

AYS forward PE just 0.625/(0.085*4)=1.83.
Most undervalue stock in Bursa and company prospect very good.
And will give dividend 1.5 cent on 25 Oct 21.
