现在僑丰股價短期也困难有任何新突破,市场不卖帐就算有几低估值,几好的基本面也是白费心机,股價永远跟随不到企业的应有的基本面就是主管理层的失职责任,也令跟随着投资者失意吧了...

I have been holding OSK since 2015 (including losing 46k in WC), and never saw a real bullish trend in OSK. So don't put too much hope on it.
Nevertheless the dividend throughout these year plus recent soft coming back of share price has made my OSK investment break even. Yup, the best part of this counter is its consistent dividend payout.

期望越高失望越高。当你不对它抱有什么期望时，它也许会给你一些惊喜。应像中，这几年来，OSK不曾一天涨超过7%的。OSK能在疫情期间交出比预期好的业绩，显见管理层是很厉害的，会不会好好回馈小股东又是另一回事了。

我个人认为现在的僑丰最好把核心價值全部稀釋放.如电缆重新安排在马股上市而不是在香港,RHB的10.13%股权全放售给私人基金然后派发特别股息给股東,核心业务注入新的元素,動力和活力,全新打制和改革一个新的僑丰企业,这样股價和内心價值就很自然看到新的上涨價位和改变,不自以好像现在的股價苦苦爭挣,看到也do然...

半市过后,股價依然又是上演同样戱码,企业在不改革,股價依然在仙股行例原地踏步吧了,其他小型房产板的股價也很快就后来居上了,僑丰好自为知吧...

sold most of the OSK and shift to Omesti-PB (9008PB).

justification: after kyy followers rushed to buy, price no rise, obviously olh took the opportunity to unload. Now, who is going to push up the price for those kyy followers to earn money?

3 trading days after kyy article was put up, the price and vol maintained, this is not by kyy followers, they are fast in \ fast out type, somebody intentionally to maintain it .......

Omesti-PB has fixed return, but lack of fantasy compare to OSK, OSK can limit up, get take over offer from olh ..... whatever, but it could be nothing happen also, will only consider to buy back when price lower.

fairn;其实一间市值20多億上市30年的企业股價长期站在仙股的價位是很困难向投资者交待的,我们暫时不看什么NTA,股息或是企业多元化业务,股價是对企业的肯定,信心和推动力向前进,(炒股不需说)如果现在的僑丰股價一直站在仙股價位,那如何吸引新的年輕的散户投资者?企业完全不改革改变創新就注定是老化,股價也一定是万向不前,也让投资者感觉是支老人股,如果美国的苹果企业不改革創新也没有今天的新苹果企业,改革創新无论对国家午上市企业也很重要的,企业主管理层和投资者不要忽略了这重要的一点...

现在只期待2个月之后的盈利公布吧,希望僑丰的澳洲墨壐本综合房产项目可以奉献强劲的超盈利,如果达标不到那股價就继续沉沦为仙股,而我们小股東就一直望着那RM2.57的看到吃不到的NTA有形资产吧了,4月尾派发的3仙股息当是长期投资的小安慰好了,可不可以低抗物價通涨又是另外的讨论话题了...

FAIRnREASONABLE, for minorities like us it is important to think what is the eventual realizable value of our investment when the day you decide to cash out . NTA of the company doesn’t mean anything to us , but Share price does .
Conversely , OLH being the controlling shareholders who has no intention to cash out has no interest to promote higher share price . In fact, it is his interest to keep share price low over prolonged period to frustrate minorities and to make privatization cheaply at a later stage . The interest of the minorities and controlling shareholders are often diverse.

期实僑丰房产的股價在这6年内也在仙股價位就存着盲点是我们不察觉的,最令我困难接受的是这股的股價无论在什么利好消息之下也不会在上涨过站穩在5仙,最多也是4.5仙吧了,这是我本身投资马股这样久也是第一次相遇到的不可思義的事,之前的僑丰投行股價不要说是上涨5仙,超越20仙上涨也没问题,这到底是怎样回事?NTA2.57,PE是6,有10.13%RHB股权在手,有穩建派息率,多元化业务,上涨那5仙就难如登天?也不期望股價是否可穩站1.00上方了..冷眼先生可以回答下?或是官有缘回应下这问题所在,各位僑丰散户可以回应下?

6年之内什么风也吹齐了,東南西北风也全吹齐了,大选也只是5年选举一次更何况是6年,科技股IPO新股上市在6个月股價也番了几倍,股價要上涨停牌也是湿湿碎,僑丰房产上涨停牌10年也辨不到,只是那区区5仙至到现在也无法做到,主管理层是否要好好检讨?Fairn;不要再独自为osk喝闷酒了,你要cherrs就等待僑丰单日股價上涨超过5仙兼股價脱离仙股行例重新站穩在RM1.10價位之后我们大家一起Cherrs吧...
