Melbourne project seem to be Less affected by Covid. More stable than Malaysia property market which i think will be badly affected by Indian Variant. Buy only fully built Houses, i know many
developers are close to disappear in Mid-Air

Those sold earlier (~1.00) may find opportunity to buy back now .... i think many veteran know the "character" of this stock. Those new comers that found this gem recently, may realize the experience that the veteran went through 2yrs, 3yrs, 5yrs, 10yrs .... ago :-)

Almost all share now, its price is weak mah....not only OSK mah!

Investing in OSK strategy now, is either long term investment bcos of undervalue with margin of safety or investing based on principle of OLH will eventually monetize RHB loh!

very low liquidity of less than 0.01% share traded,.... 9.8% institutional owned + 28.5% general public so much unwilling to sell to such a low offering by insiders most like manipulating

再多的部落格强调好OSK的PE低和NTA每季上涨也是没新意思,这一些東西就是累到我们当年盲目买入这股,再看回这年头的Astro股價还是和OSK平起平坐,彼此每季企业盈利也上差无几,但至今日Astro的股價已突破脱离仙股行例至1.20多仙了而OSK依然是可怜的仙股價位90仙,这是企业NTA强,PE低应有的可怜價位吗...我已经醒觉对这股價,希望你们也一样,黄金机会一到就把握套利...

这股是无任何低高之估的因为没任何股價,现在的股價只是其有形资产+RHB 10.3%股权,所以这多年以来股價就是轉来轉去80-90仙價位,这样多年也没任何有间投行评论评估过OSK原因就是在马股巿场交易是没现实股價只交易形资产股值價位,OSK就是属马股的孤儿吧了,所以企业下巿资本回退就是最好的双羸选择...

I quite sure OLH will divest RHB when its price Hit 7.25 ( most likely next year or so.) and used
the proceed to Buy a Digital Bank ( become CEO). Both OLH and Sister are training Directors
in RHB for more than a Year now
