2020 Annual Report didT register any significant changes in Big fish share holdings
1) EPF up from 2.78% to 2.94%
2) Kwap same 0.58%
3) PNB (amanahraya ) drop from 0.9% to 0.41%

If EPF increase from 2.94% to 7%, OskH will touch 1.50 in short term

OSK doesn't need to sell RHB shares, it can instead distribute them to the shareholders and OLH can then own RHB shares directly.

due to kyy fans take up olh unloading, after this wave retraces, it would be a very long period of rest ..... try to think in olh shoes, after a huge vol unloaded to naive, would u push up the price for them to flee? or u depress the price for long period until the lose patient and give up?

i see some old faces still say worth to buy, i dun know what they learnt from the last few years .... was the price movement drove by valuation or manipulation?

OLH has tight control over this counter. He will let you earn about 5% annual return . Don't hope he will do anything to create value for minorities. That's my many years of encounter. For whatever osk share left , I am just looking for opportunity to ditch all.

In one previous AGM, i asked Olh, how much is RHB worth? He said Should be 12.0.
Indirectly one Day i asked him on the way to Lif, how much OskH should be----RM 5.0
( The price never appeared in modern times but Old Osk( 20yrs ago Did Hit RM4.50---during

RM5.0 seems rather far fetch for RHB alone but OskP and PJD valuations are Hidden and
never exposed by Olh ( for fear previous Holders of revolting against Him for taking Both
Co. private )
1) You have to ask OTB about PJD valuations but I felt from rough estimate it is between
2.0--2.50 ( high side )
2) OskP was absorbed at 1.70

So in a nutshell.....except for Osk (with RHB)....PJD + OsKP = RM 4.20 (without RHB )

but from the history of 5 yrs back, i don;t remember it ever limit up.
Like some veteran said, buying this stock can only earn u a few % annually. the good thing is, u hold, u won't worry, u know it has fundamental and won't end up with seroius losses or all gone .....
When it drops, add batches by batches, when it rises, reduce batches buy batches .... to enhance the return %, it needs a lot of patient!

may be it would change its characteristics by tmr onward, and have wild up and down, i dun know ......

but as long as he is still there, i think he won't let u earn easy money .... as proverb says, it is easy to change the landscape of mountain and river, but is difficult for one man change his character :D :D :D

@firehawk, agreed with you . This is because there is no benefit at all for OLH when share price goes up. As such , I think he will not pursue any corporate exercise to the benefits of minorities. In fact, it is better for him to keep price low for a prolonged period to totally wear off patience of the minorities so that privatisation can be achieved at the minimum premium.
