The purchase consideration of RM15,000,000.00 for the Acquisition was arrived
at on a willing-buyer willing-seller basis and based on the audited net asset of QT
of RM12.6 million as at 31st December 2019 and projected five years profit of QT
of RM15,000.00.00.

Superb quarterly result with higher revenue and profit margin. Previous quarterly profit was 1.86cent and current one is 6.63cent, profit increases 257%. Due to mco/emco/rmco and unstoppable increasing in online business, more and more carton boxes are needed.
