Boonchai, what AGM? News has it legitimate shareholders not sent AGM Notice nor Annual Report?
Management is lousy. Gave excuses higher production costs, etc. Shouldn't the Board Management be sensitive to market trends, higher fuel costs, etc and have pre-emptive measures to offset negatives?
Big joke, increased business but decreased profit!

Kaikai yuan, wolf or no wolf, an efficient company management should have good contingency measures to buffer against higher electricity tariffs and what not.

Big joke, company with about 50% market share, expansion overseas, new products, etc can't override those profit-eating factors? You tell me, NTPM first year doing business?

Take a good look at YTL Power or YTL. Having business locally & overseas (volatile foreign currency fluctuations) they weather over these fluctuations to give handsome earnings, 10sen & 9.5 sen respectively.

This is what is meant by efficient management.

After dividend announcement, YTL share price moved from 1.56 to 1.64. YTL Power up to 1.52. NTPM share price doesn't move much.

Seahu saya, ada banyak penny stock company pun dah maju lebih baik drp cip biru, pasal pengurusan baik. Soal pengurusan cekap dan prihatin kpd faktor2 yg mudaratkan prestasi co. Tiada prejudis terhadap penny stok.
Lagipun, kenaikan OPR (kadar pinjaman naik), banyak REIT terlibat tapi pengurusan efisien pastikan pulangan baik juga.
