no doubt people are using tissue papers & diapers everyday, but they are not necessary NTPM products. beside NTPM, Kimberly-Clark, Giant and Tesco also sell their tissue papers. as for the diapers, NTPM is a new player in the market.
i'm wondering how strong is the business moat because there is no switching cost and etc. for example, one can buy any other brands of tissue papers or diapers any time.
what do you think?
