They are in the process of selling the shares. But this is good for the company. Because all of them only has about 20% of the company shares and they have no idea to boost the profit of the company. So with the company run into red and no way to stop it. It is better sell to someone who can make it good.
Please note the company still has RM29m cash in the bank. Not a big amount, but not small either. If the new shareholder is able to make good use of it. This company has a good chance to bring good returns to the shareholders.

Buy t 8 to 8.5 sen and keep. Sure can make money lah. If buy at 8 sen, just increase 1 sen, it is 12.5% returns.

However, the new shareholder needs to lock up more shares. Its issued shares is 1.5b shares! if the new shareholder also hold 20% shares, and the free float shares are 80% or 1.2b shares, then this counter is hopeless lah. It will only increase 0.5 sen or 1 sen a day, then it comes down again. Only within 1 sen range.

Plastic biz is a sunset biz, mainly due to high labor cost in Malaysia. To say the oil price drop, so do the raw material price for plastic industry, thus the plastic manufacturers can have a better earnings is a nonsense. The raw material for the plastic do drop, but all plastic manufacturers in the world stand on a level platform. Malaysian manufacturers who are facing a much higher labor cost compare with those in the less developed countries, are losing out to those manufacturers.

In fact the company should try to dispose of this traditional business and venture into new business, especially the casino and lottery business which they plan to venture into.

plastic biz is OK , see Daibochi , tguan, bpplas all doing well ....so with cheap OIL means cheaper input for plastic (no doubt) + weaker RM ( good to export market ) then combine with lottery & Resort gaming >> Best combination actually >> WOWWWW...great future & got potential to Luster !

Price of Luster didin't up much is GOOD too....
if PRICE GO UP MUCH then very costly to punt this luster !...

##By the way , a FANTASTIC WRITE UP by T A Securities.which give a fair value (FV) of 12 sen...

It has to be up and down to attract players to go for it. If just stay at 8 to 9 send for too long, no one will come in to buy. No problem for it to go up 12 sen, then come down to 8 sen again.
