What I know last 2 months is big boss going to buy Luster just the movement of share price this few days really unpredictable. Either it touch syndicate target price and game over, or just consolidate. No body know.

Recently director, suncity disposed alot of shares.....

Alot of Esos addtional listing at RM 0.10 then profit taking.....

This two phenomena were not good this company, bad images.

However, who in the market absorb the shares they disposed. I don,t think retailer got such huge buying power to support the price stand higher and higher.

If not such disposed, share price sure go down (if u count the shares they disposed this two month).

all news I heard is usually exaggerated wildly.

1.)New construction project for company and this means Luster is doing very well in construction business soon.
->In reality, those construction project are so small it will not even make a dent on Luster's overall outlook

2.)New boss coming soon.
->Same old same old...been hearing this since 2013. And then what?

3.)Private placement for some big investor or new boss
->Really? regardless, private placement would just cause dilution of all shareholder's stocks and EPS. This means each of the stocks are worth less now than before. But somehow, people are convinced that bad news is good news

4.)ESOS
->On the surface, trying to be a "good company" giving their employees stocks. But a lot of those stocks are converted immediately once received. This further decrease current shareholder's stock value.

Look at all the similarity above, it's like bad news being worded nicely and thrown out to public to make others believe that it is good news. You make your evaluation and tell me again

Those senior exce sold their esos imediately after received. New boss definetely coming soon following the designation of old owner during the agm. The rumour is real, but we dont know when manipulator will stop the game before anouncement out. Obama what is your bad news you mentioned earlier will come out soon?
