Saya setuju dengan komen MhdSuhaimi. Kami pembeli projek De Centrum, Jln Ikram Uniten amat keluh kesah. Betul betul terpedaya. Masa nak beli macam macam janji manis. Sekarang lain pula. Bila dapat unit terkejut besar. Janji dapat apartmen ada air-conditioned unit, kena collect pula dekat Jln Ipoh. Apa cerita ni, selalu nya kalau developer janji ada aircond tentu dah siap di pasang.

Apartmen pula macam macam defect. Kontraktor nak siapkan defect, tak terkejar. Jumlah unit yang ada defect terlalu banyak. Dah bayar maintanence tapi facility tak boleh pakai. Contoh nya kolam renang air hijau berhari hari. Tak cukup tu, nak buat grill untuk apartmen RM3K deposit, renovation RM5K deposit, nak pindah barang masuk RM1K deposit. Mana tahan. Tak pernah dengar kehendak macam ni pada projek projek lain.

Ramp jalan nak naik ke parking punya lah curam. Ini benda serious melibatkan keselamatan. Lapor ke developer buat tak indah. Kata slope OK padahal semua orang yang lalu geleng kepala. Jangan lah hingga ada kemalangan baru bertindak.

Yes real shit. That is what we apartment buyers got from this company property project DE CENTRUM/ RECTUM . For the price we paid what we get is not exclusive. Impossible for us to attract high end tenants. What are our choices now except to rent out to bunch of students. In the end the whole complex will turn into a hostel, towels and clothes hanging from balconies, facilities like swimming pool filled by them. What on earth were this developer thinking. Their mind is very much filled up with shit just like the project name DE RECTUM their brain is positioned in their rectum.

Ingat lah semua yang kuat tekan pembeli pembeli De Centrum ni. Apa guna banyak duit kalau pembeli tak meredhakan. Doa orang yang kena tindas selalunya mustajab. Rezeki bukan letak pada berapa banyak duit kita peroleh. Tak ditimpa penyakit atau musibah tu pun rezeki juga.

From begining De Centrum already failed to lauch im year 2010. Bodoh chong ket pen gosok kaki boss dia tahu lah. Project all died off and lost big money. Then property market bubble he launch again and cheat consumers with nice pictures showing high end condo and result is low cost flat.

The name also died because of the company protasco siphon money and bribery causing contractors also siphon money for chong ket pen. Of cause defective product. "Semua jadi bodoh di tipu chong ket pen dan anak haram dia chong ther nen, satu keluarga curi wang syarikat makan duit rasuah ratusan juta. Yeah, I heard the De Centrum project, the bribery is from the top till the lowest level. The clerk of work must be doing the close one eye all the time during the construction. Defects on completed project is normal but it could not be above normal. Half of the houses have defect. That is pretty abnormal. Their ill gotten gain causes misery onto others. Quite a number of the buyers withdrew their live savings and thought would get better return from their property investment. What a sad outcome for most of us.

Saya pun pelek macam mana banyak sangat defect pada projek ini. Dah tentu lah orang yang pantau kerja kerja ni tidur sebab terlalu kenyang dari suapan kontraktor. Dia orang ni tak takut ke? Tengok tiap hari kita tonton dalam berita. Macam macam gelagat pesalah bila kena heret ke black maria untuk dibawa ke penjara Kajang. Ada yang sorok muka guna surat khabar lah, cover muka dengan lengan baju lah, tunduk bongkok belakang banduan lain lah. Masa tu dah terlambat dah. Kat penjara Kajang kena sebat tau kerana ni jenayah komersial, mandatori kena rotan.

Sepatut nya orang yang pantau kerja ni paham. Dia orang kerja bukan untuk kontraktor tetapi menjaga amanah pembeli pembeli. Walaupun yang bayar gaji mereka adalah developer, tapi developer dapat duit dari siapa? Bukan kah dari pembeli pembeli projek? Tak begitu?
