Many proof are not accurate. Example:
25 June 2012 exactly chong was removed. Not fired.
November 2012 actually tey and ooi buy over protasco. Not December.
November 2012 chong already used tey and ooi to kick out x owner nominees.
Date 3 November 2012 to September 2014 is 22 months, not 2 years yet. Date of Chong made up story and rob protasco from tey and ooi.

So? Only show chong is smart.

Its normal for chong to hide this history.
The two are stupid, blame no one.

Mayban founder is Khoo Teck Puat, doesn't mean he owns the bank. People still remember his name thanks to wikipedia.

Chong if calls himself joint founder, he thinks he owns Malaysia and Mayban.

Most of their projects are now sicks with the internal organisation reshuffled.

SUKE - big problem with the venture on JV basis as the structure changed.
AFC - Budget burst due to poor management.
MRCB Linkage Bridge - Handing over project extension, but sadly been rejected. Poor management as well.

They're purely depending on maintenance division which contribute towards company earning.

Protasco was governed by real owners with real money, so very steady. Then chong ket pen with free shares (fake money) he stolen & took full control made Protasco becomes zero governance. Protasco gone case since then.

At one time chong wanted to issue right issue or placement shares to "pay dividend". Bursa is slow but not stupid had put it a stop. Obviously chong ket pen motive is to siphon money and dilute lame ducks (which still) believe in dividend to vomit out all dividend to subscribe new shares (and give back chong ket pen to furher siphoning). 3sen dividend but share price drop 5sen already. Love dividend?

If two masters above saw the loophole and proven accurate, Protasco hole could be $300m gap down. Discount that with NTA is how much worth per share? Do your own maths.

1) Total debt increased 572m vs 336m
2) ROIC is about 7% only
3) Yes, current DY is 5%, but prior to 2014 average DY is 9-11%.
