This new substantial shareholder Samarang ucits of Luxembourg through HSBC Nominees Asing, had already acquired 30085400 of coastal shares and keeping on accumulating, but why other shareholders are willing to sell to them at a lower market price??
I also dont really know why, i studied coastal alot. I dont think samarang were expecting the inventory writedown, which is likely due to the ships not being delivered for one reason or another.
If the ship could be converted to cash, its a decent deal, but now, clearly not the case.
