Base on my understanding china steel price too high due to their economic recovering back, and try to purchase from other country to buy steel cheaper when other country economic are still low.

Actually Eastern steel was subsidiary of Hiap Teck since 2013-14, after Hiap teck sold 20% shares to a Chinese steel manufacturer 1-2 years ago, Hiap teck only owned 35% of Eastern steel... maybe U google search Eastern steel n iron ore ...
