TF and Maranum, together hold 32% of AA using private companies. Dividend payout, the way they siphoned out money from AA all these while. Ppl very happy each time they declared hefty dividend..by pushing up the stock price using media and pr tactics, which TF very very good at. Salute to him ler.. . even if AA going bengkarp today..both of them already taken out huge amount of money form AA into private placement ..play safe ler.

airasia 2018 revenue 10.61b almost double from 2014 revenue 5.4b , it remind me of amazon , 1 loss quarter is no big deal , being a market leader having big market share is more important , 2018 oil price is high in 1 to 3 quarter from jan to sep, oil price plummeted at 4 quarter , so i foresee airasia fuel cost in next quarter will be lower and post good result :)

price could trade around 2.60 or below for some time. This could trigger weak holders & retailers to dump the shares. While those that truly recognize the prospect and value of the company would chip in to invest, rather than speculators that bought expecting x amount or y amount of special dividend, this maybe the necessary catalyst to support and drive the price upward in the long term. But with the uncertain global economies and expected volatility of fuel price in the near term, this stock is definitely not for the faint of heart.

I think they misjudged their fuel hedging strategy big time in 2018 in both AA & AAX. 2019 will show the true colors for both. On paper, the strategy onward are sound and hopefully the management are able to execute it. Correction in the share price in AA is inevitable, for mid to long term investor this may present a great opportunity to buy.

Aiyah Q4 is the past when oil @ 90. At present oil is 60+ only and will go down more. You don't buy the past but the future and there is 0.12 dividends. Next QR everybody will be rushing in, like Genting, previous Q and current Q
